What is your return/exchange policy?
In store/online credit only for any returns within 30 days of purchase. Credit applied once item is returned in original condition. Return shipping costs must be covered by customer.
Do you offer shipping options?
Yes! We offer free shipping over CA $100. For now, we're shipping only to British Columbia.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes! Any orders may be picked up during store hours. Email vintage@chinatownfoundation.org to arrange in store pickup.
Can I place an item on hold?
No, but you may try on in store. First come, first serve. Email vintage@chinatownfoundation.org to prepare item.
