Our Story
With its storefront, Chinatown Vintage Community Thrift, in operation since 2017 and now launching its online boutique, all pieces available at Chinatown Vintage have been generously donated by community supporters and partners, with 100% of the profits go towards the Foundation’s projects that support the revitalization of Vancouver’s historic Chinatown.
About the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation
Chinatown Vintage is an initiative of the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, a registered charity founded in 2011. As a part of a series of projects among affordable housing, seniors housing and cultural and economic development, Chinatown Vintage represents the Chinatown Foundation’s commitment to commercial revitalization, by supporting and attracting a healthy mix of traditional Chinese businesses and culturally appropriate shops that complement the natural evolution of Chinatown while respecting its historic character.
