Where do you get your clothes from?All of our pieces are 100% donation based from valued community supporters and luxury resale boutiques. Learn about our partners here.
Is the clothing featured online available in-store?
Chinatown Vintage's online boutique has a different product offering than in-store at Chinatown Vintage Community Thrift Shop. Our online store includes a wider range of products for a larger audience.
Can I donate my clothes to Chinatown Vintage?
Yes! Any donations that are lightly worn or new will be accepted. Please email chinatownvintage@gmail.com for pick-up/drop-off information.
What will my money be going towards?
Chinatown Vintage is owned and operated by the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, which focuses on social housing, economic revitalization, and cultural preservation. All proceeds will go towards the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation’s projects. If you would like further information on where our proceeds go, please visit the Foundation’s website.
What happens to your excess donations?
Chinatown Vintage is committed to sustainable clothing practices. Donations that do not get selected for our inventory are re-donated to those in need. Learn more about our sustainability practices and goals here.
Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
$10 flat rate tracked package shipping within Canada (standard shipping approximately 5 - 7 business days)
Free shipping on purchases over $150. At this time, we can only fulfill orders within Canada.
Can I return my items?
For health and safety reasons, all items are final sale. If you would like more information on sizing, please email your questions to chinatownvintage@gmail.com along with the product code. We’re here to answer all of your questions so please be sure to email us.

Order Fulfillment
Can I reserve items?
At this time, we do not put items on hold for customers. However, if you would like to schedule a later pick up or delivery date, please email chinatownvintage@gmail.com.
If I order something do you offer curbside pick up?
Yes! When you go to checkout select our free in-store pick up option and within 72 hours you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pick-up. You’ll need to confirm your order number and have a piece of ID ready when you arrive at the store.
